Initial Consultation
We will come to you or contact you to discuss your particular requirements. Prior to this we ask you to provide us with relevant information to your project. If travel out of our office is required, a fee proposal for this work may be required, but we try to keep our initial consultation on a no-charge basis.
Project Procurement & Methodology
Once your brief is obtained the best method for going forward will be determined.
Preparation of Project Documents
Based on the project direction and requirements and the necessary documents or methodology will be provided.
Construction
- We can organise the best people to build or refurbish your centre.
- We will monitor and control the project to completion.
- We will keep you informed of progress.
